Psychotherapy and Emotional Bodywork
Trauma, anxieties, physical illnesses, depression, shame, abuse, loneliness, isolation, suicidal tendencies, life imbalances, difficulties in forming and maintaining relationships : all contribute to addictions. Psychotherapy and Emotional Bodywork help us to develop and bring about more healthy ways of living.
Through a group therapy process, private sessions, dream interpretation, myth and story-telling, psychodrama and other psychodynamic therapies, clients are assisted in understanding their inner most selves. With renewed hope and courage they are able to transform their lives and overcome addictions.
Our therapists are also trained in the following psychosomatic therapies designed to integrate and treat the soma, the psyche and the mind. These therapies include emotional bodywork, biodynamic massage, shiatsu, reiki, reflexology, bioenergetics, biosynthesis, hypnosis, dance, and movement therapy.
